Founder and namesake of AHO. Bachelor of Law at Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas) and a retired district attorney for the City Hall of Campinas.

Previously Focused on Real Estate Law which resulted in notable experiences. Major prior experiences include financial and legal management at Companhia de Habitação Popular Bandeirante (COHAB Bandeirante) and eminent participation in most real estate settlements at BHM Empreendimentos e Participações, LIX and many other construction companies.
