Also in 1996, the founding members’ first child, Fábio Gindler de Oliveira, starts working at AHO. With a bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration and experience across major corporations, Fábio is initially hired as an intern and soon begins his ascension in the company.

His brother, Alexandre Gindler de Oliveira, joins AHO in 1998 as an intern attorney. The brothers soon begin their professional growth and provide new ideas to AHO, both in management and communications. It was them who were responsible for the offices’ first visual identity and website.
